Returns Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Important:
We cannot accept returns on custom-cut artificial grass unless the product is faulty. Please measure carefully before ordering.
How to Request a Return:
Please email info@asgoodasgrass.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond with next steps and return instructions.
Return Shipping:
Unless the item is damaged or sent in error, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for any returns.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods in acceptable condition.
